Fair Play Rules v1

We never want Gigaverse “to be about rules”, but at the same time we have a responsibility to the community at large to have some basics in place to ensure your experience in & around the game is good, and fair.

Strictly Prohibited:

1. Technical & non-technical exploits: client hacking, ddos attacking, double spending, smart contract exploits, and any other similar exploits or attempted exploits. Use or abuse of any game bugs with the intent of progressing further than fairly intended, unfairly attaining additional items, items beyond your skill level, or similar.

2. Scams, social engineering and social exploits: phishing, scamming other players into unintentionally giving away private keys, resources, or other game assets.

Gigaverse reserves the right to retroactively update this prohibited list and/or take action on behaviors that harm the integrity of the game or community, even if not currently covered here.

Consequences:

If our investigation determines any prohibited actions have taken place, or so have other similar levels of exploitation, penalties may apply even if specific behaviors were not previously explicit. Consequences may include: rewards ineligibility, disabled or debuffed game actions, account banning, or other actions as deemed necessary.

We will acknowledge players who responsibly disclose any exploits to the Gigaverse team.

Allowed:

1. Multiaccounting: you may create & play the game on more than one single account.

2. Bots & automation: you may create tools & bots, or leverage AI agents, to assist in playing the game for you.
